NOTICE
The following Ordinance was returned vetoed by the Mayor and upon reconsideration by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu at a meeting held on May 14, 2019 passed Final Reading, the Mayor’s veto to the contrary notwithstanding; therefore, pursuant to the City Charter became a duly enacted ordinance:
Ordinance 19-7 [Bill 3 (2019)] – Relating to real property tax exemptions.
9 AYES: Councilmembers Anderson, Elefante*, Fukunaga, Kobayashi, Manahan*, Menor*, Pine, Tsuneyoshi, Waters – 9.
