NOTICE
The following Ordinance passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on April 17, 2019 and was returned May 1, 2019, without signature by the Mayor; therefore, pursuant to the City Charter became a duly enacted ordinance:
Ordinance 19-3 [Bill 79 (2018), CD2, FD1] – Relating to detached dwellings.
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson, Elefante, Formby, Fukunaga, Kobayashi, Manahan, Menor, Pine, Tsuneyoshi* – 9.
The following Ordinances passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on April 17, 2019 and were subsequently approved by the Mayor:
Ordinance 19-4 [Bill 96 (2018), CD1, FD1] – Relating to fire safety.
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson, Elefante, Formby, Fukunaga, Kobayashi, Manahan, Menor, Pine, Tsuneyoshi – 9.
Ordinance 19-5 [Bill 73 (2018, CD1)] – Relating to parking meters at public parks.
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson, Elefante, Formby, Fukunaga, Kobayashi, Manahan, Menor, Pine, Tsuneyoshi – 9.
Ordinance 19-6 [Bill 94 (2018), CD2] – To amend portions (14.85 acres) of the State Land Use District Boundary Map (Kahuku Quadrangle) from the Agricultural District to the Urban District and a portion (0.03 acres) from the Urban District to the Agricultural District for certain lands situated at Brigham Young University – Hawai’i, La’ie, O’ahu, Hawai’i.
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson, Elefante, Formby, Fukunaga, Kobayashi, Manahan, Menor, Tsuneyoshi – 8.
ABSENT: Councilmember Pine – 1.
