HOUSING TRUST FUND (HTF) PROGRAM
Pursuant to the City and County of Honolulu’s (City) Citizen Participation Plan, the City is proposing to amend its Twenty-Fourth (24th) Year Action Plan to include the proposed HTF project (originally proposed in the draft Twenty-Fifth [25th] Action Plan). The proposed amendment is provided for your information and use.

Hawaii Assisted Housing, Inc. – Na Lei Hulu Kupuna
Project Description: Provision of grant funds for the redevelopment of nine (9) rental units for families at or below 30% Area Median Income (AMI) in a 75-unit rental housing project.
Fiscal Year: 2019 (24th Year Action Plan)
Funding Source: HTF
Proposed Amount: $1,350,000 (originally $0)
