The following Ordinances passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on March 8, 2019 and were subsequently approved by the Mayor:

Ordinance 19-1 [Bill 70 (2018), CD1] – Relating to restricted parking zones.
AYES: Councilmembers Formby, Fukunaga, Kobayashi, Manahan, Pine, Tsuneyoshi – 6.
NOES: Councilmember Elefante – 1.
ABSENT: Councilmembers Anderson, Menor – 2.

Ordinance 19-2 [Bill 95 (2018)] – To rezone land situated at Moanalua, O’ahu, Hawaii.
AYES: Councilmembers Elefante, Formby, Fukunaga, Kobayashi, Manahan, Pine, Tsuneyoshi – 7.
ABSENT: Councilmembers Anderson, Menor – 2.
