NOTICE OF HEARING
TO: JMR CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION and MAURICE PARRISH:
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the CONTRACTORS LICENSE BOARD will conduct a hearing in accordance with Hawaii Revised Statutes (hereinafter “HRS”) Chapters 91, 436B, and 444 as well as Hawaii Administrative Rules (hereinafter “HAR”) Title 16 Chapter 77 to determine whether or not JMR CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION and MAURICE PARRISH’s contractor’s licenses should be revoked, suspended, or otherwise disciplined, and, whether monetary fines and any other relief authorized by law, should be imposed against them. The First Amended Petition for Disciplinary Action Against Contractor’s Licenses, filed with the Office of Administrative Hearings on or about December 11, 2018, alleges violations of the provisions of HRS Chapters 436B and 444 and HAR Title 16 Chapter 77.
The HEARING will be conducted on April 30, 2019, at 9:00 a.m. in a hearings room at the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, 335 Merchant Street, Suite 100, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
The parties shall file and serve upon the opposing party and the Hearings Officer their final witness and exhibit lists (if any), and copies of the exhibits that they intent to introduce at hearing no later than April 23, 2019.
