YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that THE HAWAIIAN HOMES COMMISSION has scheduled a Contested Case Hearing pursuant to Chapter 91, HRS, regarding your alleged violation of non-occupancy of Residential Lease No. 2361, Lot No. 5, situate at Kapaakea, Molokai, Hawaii, in violation of §§ 208(3) and (8) and 210 of the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that THE HAWAIIAN HOMES COMMISSION has scheduled a Contested Case Hearing pursuant to Chapter 91, HRS, regarding your successorship interest to Residential Lease No. 6054, Lot No. 9, and Agriculture Lease No. 6036, Lot No. 42B 1C, Hoolehua, Moloka’i, Hawaii, in violation of § 209 of the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before the Hawaiian Homes Commission at the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands, Moloka’i District Office Conference Room, Kulana Oiwi, Kalamaula, Moloka’i, Hawaii on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at 12:00 o’clock p.m., of said day. If you fail to appear, judgment by default may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint and your lease may be recommended for cancellation and reaward.
You may retain counsel to represent you or appear on your behalf or obtain representation pursuant to §91-9, HRS and §10-5-4, HAR
