PUBLIC NOTICE REVISION
HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS (HOME) PROGRAM

On November 7, 2018, the City and County of Honolulu (City) published a Public Notice in the Honolulu Star-Advertiser proposing to reprogram HOME funds to property acquisition project(s) that can utilize the funds immediately, in order to achieve the HOME program goals more efficiently and expediently. The City is issuing a revision to the Public Notice to identify a property acquisition project.

City and County of Honolulu – 1832 Citron Street
Project Description: Acquisition of a 5-story, 14-unit apartment building, located in McCully-Moiliili, which will provide thirteen (13) units of affordable housing to low- and very low-income families, and one (1) unit for an on-site resident manager.
Fiscal Year: 2019 (24th Year Action Plan)
Funding Source: HOME
Proposed Amount: $2,602,049 (originally $0)
