EMERGENCY SOLUTIONS GRANTS (ESG) PROGRAM

Pursuant to the City and County of Honolulu’s (City) Citizen Participation Plan, the proposed amendments to the City’s Twenty-Second (22nd) Year Action Plan are provided for your information. The City desires to reprogram Fiscal Year 2017 ESG funds to projects that can utilize the funds immediately, in order to achieve ESG program goals more efficiently and expediently. The proposed revisions to the Fiscal Year 2017 ESG projects are provided for your information and use.

Project Description: Maintenance and management of HMIS.
