NOTICE TO BUSINESSES THAT STORE, USE, OR
MANUFACTURE ANY HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE(S)
Section 128-6(2), HRS, the Hawaii Emergency Planning and
Community Right-To-Know Act (HEPCRA) mandates that the
owner or operator of a facility in the State that stores, uses, or
manufactures any hazardous substances may be required to
submit a Tier II Chemical Inventory Report (Tier II) form and a
$200 filing fee by March 1 of each year to the Department of
