NOTICE

The following Ordinances passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on December 5, 2018 and were subsequently approved by the Mayor:

Ordinance 18-44 [Bill 45 (2018), CD2, FD1] – Relating to the Haleiwa Special District.
AYES: Councilmembers Elefante, Fukunaga, Kobayashi, Manahan, Martin, Menor, Ozawa, Pine – 8.
ABSENT: Councilmember Anderson – 1.

The following Ordinance passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on December 5, 2018 and was returned December 21, 2018, without signature by the Mayor; therefore, pursuant to the City Charter became a duly enacted ordinance:

Ordinance 18-46 [Bill 76 (2018), CD1] – Relating to parks.
AYES: Councilmembers Fukunaga, Kobayashi, Manahan, Martin, Menor, Ozawa, Pine – 7.
NOES: Councilmember Elefante – 1.
ABSENT: Councilmember Anderson – 1.
