Section 1. Chapter 15 of the ROH 1990, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:

a. By amending Schedule I of Sec. 15-6.2(a) establishing traffic signals (City) by adding thereto the following items:

“Geiger Rd-Kapolei Pkwy.”

“Kamokila Blvd-Kapolei Pkwy.”

“Kapolei Pkwy-Costco Home Depot driveways.”

“Leoku St-Waipahu St.”

b. By amending Schedule II of Sec. 15-6.2(b) establishing traffic signals on Federal-Aid Highways (State) by adding thereto the following item:

“Fort Barrette Rd-Kapolei Pkwy.”

c. By amending Schedule V of Sec. 15-7.2(b)(3) establishing speed limit–25 mph by adding thereto the following items:

“Hanua St., for its entire length.”

“Lanipola Pl., for its entire length.”

“Leoku St., for its entire length.”

“Pua Inia St., for its entire length.”

d. By amending Schedule XI of Sec. 15-8.3(b) establishing no turns by adding thereto the following items:

“Kapolei Pkwy. No "U” turn from Kapolei Pkwy. at Alohikea St. in both directions.”

“Kapolei Pkwy. No “U” turn from Kapolei Pkwy. at Kamaaha Ave. (western intersection) in both directions.”

“Kapolei Pkwy. No “U” turn from Kapolei Pkwy. at Kamokila Blvd. in both directions.”

“Kapolei Pkwy. No “U” turn from Kapolei Pkwy. at Kealakapu St. in both directions.”

“Kapolei Pkwy-Kamaaha Ave. (western intersection). Traffic westbound on Kapolei Pkwy. making a right turn into Kamaaha Ave. shall yield the right-of-way to traffic northbound on Kamaaha Ave.”

“Kapolei Pkwy-Kamaaha Ave. (western intersection). Traffic eastbound on Kapolei Pkwy. making a right turn into Kamaaha Ave. shall yield the right–of-way to traffic southbound on Kamaaha Ave.”

“Kapolei Pkwy-Kealakapu St. Traffic westbound on Kapolei Pkwy. making a right turn into Kealakapu St. shall yield the right-of-way to traffic northbound on Kealakapu St.”

i. By amending Schedule XXV of Sec. 15-15.3(d) establishing official bus stops by amending thereto the following item:

Leoku St., Koko Head side, distance 200′ makai direction from a point 113′ makai of the makai curb prolongation of Leolua St.; to read:

“Leoku St., eastern side, distance 250′ southerly direction from a point 113′ south of the southern curb prolongation of Leolua St.”

j. By amending Schedule XXXIV of Sec. 15-15.3(c) establishing bicycle lanes by adding thereto the following item:

“Kapolei Pkwy., both sides, between Keoneula Blvd. and Papipi Rd.”

k. By amending Schedule XXXVIII of Sec. 15-24.17 establishing miscellaneous traffic controls in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Kapolei Pkwy., eastbound traffic in the southern most lane must turn right at Fort Barrette Rd.”

“Kapolei Pkwy., southbound traffic in the eastern most lane must turn left at Kaileolea Dr.”

“Kapolei Pkwy., southbound traffic in the western most lane must turn right at Keoneula Blvd.”

2. By deleting therefrom the following item:

“Kapolei Pkwy., Koko Head bound traffic in both lanes must turn left at Kamokila Blvd.”

Section 2. This schedule is hereby attached to and made a part of Article VI hereof and shall take effect ten (10) working days after its publication.
