HOUSING TRUST FUND (HTF) PROGRAM
Pursuant to the City and County of Honolulu’s (City) Citizen Participation Plan, the City is proposing to amend its Twenty-Third (23rd) Year Action Plan to include the HTF program and proposed projects. The proposed amendments are provided for your information and use.
NEW AWARD OF $1,350,000
Affordable Housing and Economic Development (AHED) Foundation
Project Description: Provision of grant funds for the acquisition and
redevelopment of 10 rental units for families at or below 30% AMI in a 71-unit rental housing project.

coordination of the HTF program.
