COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) PROGRAM
Pursuant to the City and County of Honolulu’s (City) Citizen Participation Plan, the proposed reprogramming of CDBG funds is provided for your information. The City desires to reprogram CDBG funds from a prior year project and available program income, and appropriate CDBG funds to Fiscal Year 2019 projects that can utilize the funds immediately, in order to achieve CDBG program goals more efficiently and expediently. The proposed revisions to the following Fiscal Year projects are provided for your information and use.

Project Description: Renovation of a City-owned building for the purpose of providing a public facility for homeless services.
