URBAN DISTRICT – ZONE CHANGE REQUEST—2018/Z-1 (TB)
HOLY FAMILY CATHOLIC CHURCH

Applicant: Holy Family Catholic Parish
Landowner: Roman Catholic Church in the State of Hawaii
Location: 511 Main Street, Honolulu, Oahu
Tax Map Key: 1-1-002: 051
Existing Use: Meeting facility (church), ohana center, and rectory
Existing Zoning: F-1 Military and Federal Preservation District
Land Area Being Rezoned: Approximately 2.769 acres
Request: The Applicant, Holy Family Catholic Parish, is proposing to change the zoning of approximately 2.769 acres of land from the F-1 Military and Federal Preservation District to the R-5 Residential District.

The proposed zone change request is available for viewing at the Department of Planning and Permitting or online at www.honoluludpp.org/Planning/ ZoneChanges.aspx. Public testimony is to be taken at the hearing by registering at the public hearing. Written testimony (15 copies) may be filed with the Planning Commission at least two (2) business days before the date and time of the hearing. Attendance at the public hearing is not necessary to submit written testimony.
