NOTICE TO BIDDERS
PROPOSAL DOCUMENT NO. 2019-08 may be obtained from the Office of the Purchasing Division, Department of Finance and Administration, Oahu Transit Services, Inc., 811 Middle Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96819-2316, Building C, Mezzanine Floor, for the FURNISHING AND DELIVERY OF BUS PARTS for the twenty-five (25) month period beginning June 1, 2019 and ending June 30, 2021 as follows:

PARTS CATEGORY SUBMITTAL, CLOSING DATES:
Group I – Engine, Transmission MARCH 3, 2019 (MIDNIGHT, HST)
Group II – Body, Wheelchair Lift MARCH 17, 2019 (MIDNIGHT, HST)
Group III – Elect, Air Cond., Farebox MARCH 31, 2019 (MIDNIGHT, HST)
Group IV – Brakes, Suspension MARCH 31, 2019 (MIDNIGHT, HST)
Bidders shall be registered and incorporated or organized under the laws of the State of Hawaii (hereinafter referred to as a “Hawaii business”) or be registered to do business in the State of Hawaii, (hereinafter referred to as a “compliant non-Hawaii business).
Forms of proposal, Federal Transit Authority (FTA) Mandatory Clauses. Exhibits and Certifications as specified in Section 15 of the Special Provisions, except as otherwise specified, must be received by DECEMBER 3, 2018 in the Office of the Division of Purchasing, Building C, Mezzanine Level, Department of Finance and Administration, Oahu Transit Services, Inc., 811 Middle Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96819.
Effective JANUARY 2, 2019 bidders will have access to the on-line bidding, provided that the properly filed documents have been filed and received by the Office of the Division of Purchasing and a password has been assigned.
Bid prices must be submitted on-line by the bid prices submittal closing dates as specified hereinabove.
