The following Ordinances passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on October 03, 2018 and were subsequently approved by the Mayor:

Ordinance 18-34 [Bill 51 (2018), CD2] – Relating to obstructions on public sidewalks.
AYES: Councilmembers Fukunaga, Kobayashi, Martin, Menor, Ozawa, Pine – 6.
NOES: Councilmembers Anderson, Elefante, Manahan – 3.

Ordinance 18-38 [Bill 60 (2018), CD1] – Relating to violations of stop work orders.
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson, Elefante, Fukunaga, Kobayashi, Manahan, Martin, Menor, Ozawa, Pine – 9.
