Section 1. Chapter 15 of the ROH 1990, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:

a. By amending Schedule V of Sec. 15-7.2(b)(3) establishing speed limit–25 mph by adding thereto the following items:

“Alala Rd., for its entire length.”

“Kaukolu Wy., for its entire length.”

b. By amending Schedule XIV of Sec. 15-11.3 establishing stop intersections in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Alala Pl-Alala Rd. Traffic on Alala Pl. shall stop before entering Alala Rd.”

“Aoloa St-Kailua Rd. Traffic on Aoloa St. shall stop before entering Kailua Rd.”

“Kaipoi St-Anaha St. Traffic on Kaipoi St. St. shall stop before entering Anaha St.”

“Kaukolu Wy, western approach-Kaukolu Wy. Traffic on Kaukolu Wy., western approach shall stop before entering Kaukolu Wy.”

“Lulani St-Kamehameha Hwy. Traffic on Lulani St. shall stop before entering Kamehameha Hwy.”

“Owelo Pl-Anaha St. Traffic on Owelo Pl. shall stop before entering Anaha St.”

“Paumakua Pl-Alala Rd. Traffic on Paumakua Pl. shall stop before entering Alala Rd.”

“Pii St-Anaha St. Traffic on Pii St. shall stop before entering Anaha St.”

2. By deleting therefrom the following item:

“Alala Rd, makai bound-Kawailoa Rd. Traffic on Alala Rd, makai bound shall stop before entering Kawailoa Rd.”

c. By amending Schedule XVII of Sec. 15-13.9(a)(4) establishing tow zones–AM Peak by deleting therefrom the following item:

“Date St., mauka side, from a point 122′ Ewa of the Ewa curb prolongation of Kamuela Ave. to a point 60′ Koko Head of the Koko Head curb prolongation of the Ewa intersection of Laau and Date Sts., except for portions covered under Schedules 20 and 25.”

d. By amending Schedule XX of Sec. 15-13.9(a)(7) establishing tow zones–24 hours in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following item:

“Date St., mauka side, distance 300′ Koko Head direction from the Koko Head curb prolongation of Laau St.”

Date St., mauka side, from Lukepane St. to a point 230′ Ewa of the Ewa curb prolongation of Olokele St.; to read:

“Date St., mauka side, between Lukepane and Olokele Sts.”

Date St., mauka side, from a point 60′ Koko Head of the Koko Head curb prolongation of the Ewa intersection of Laau/Date Sts. to Kapiolani Blvd.; to read:

“Date St., mauka side, from a point 25′ Koko Head of the Koko Head curb prolongation of the Ewa intersection of Laau/Dates Sts. to Kapiolani Blvd.”

e. By amending Schedule XXI of Sec. 15-13.9(a)(8) establishing tow zones–specified times by adding thereto the following item:

“Date St., mauka side, distance 300′ Koko Head direction from the Koko Head curb prolongation of Laau St., 3:30-6:30 p.m., except Saturdays, Sundays and State holidays.”

f. By amending Schedule XXII of Sec. 15-14.5(a) establishing prohibited parking certain areas in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Anaha St., northern side, for its entire length and including its turnaround area.”

“Kaukolu Wy., within its northern and southern turnaround areas.”

“Makakilo Dr., eastern side, distance 390′ northerly direction from a point 165′ south of the southern curb prolongation of Palahia St.”

“Marques St., Koko Head side, distance 83′ mauka direction from the mauka curb prolongation of Metcalf St.”

“Marques St., Koko Head side, distance 42′ makai direction from the makai curb prolongation of Seaview Ave.”

“Marques St., Ewa side, distance 111′ makai direction from the makai curb prolongation of Seaview Ave.”

“Marques St., Ewa side, distance 98′ mauka direction from the mauka curb prolongation of Metcalf St.”

2. By amending thereto the following items:

Makakilo Dr., western side, distance 355′ southerly direction from a point 30′ north of the northern curb prolongation of Painiu Pl.; to read:

“Makakilo Dr., western side, distance 425′ southerly direction from a point 100′ north of the northern curb prolongation of Painiu Pl.”

Mokuola St., Koolau side, between Kauolu and Puko Sts.; to read:

“Mokuola St., Koko Head (eastern) side, from Moloalo St. to Puko St. except for portions covered under Schedule 25.”

3. By deleting therefrom the following items:

“Makakilo Dr. eastern side, distance 340′ southerly direction from the southern curb prolongation of Painiu Pl.”

“Mokuola St., Koko Head side, from Moloalo St. to a point 160′ mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Hikimoe St.”

g. By amending Schedule XXIV of Sec. 15-15.1(d) establishing curb loading zones
subsection (b) freight loading zones by deleting therefrom the following item:

“South St., Koko Head side, distance 25′ mauka direction from a point 66′ from mauka curb prolongation of Pohukaina St., 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday except holidays.”

h. By amending Schedule XXVI of Sec. 15-16.1 establishing time limit parking in the following particulars:

1. By amending thereto the following item:

Keawe St. (2 hrs), Koko Head side, between Ala Moana Blvd. and Auahi St., 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. except Sundays and State holidays; to read:

“Keawe St. (2 hrs.), Koko Head side, between Ala Moana Blvd. and Queen St., 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. except Sundays and State holidays.”

2. By deleting therefrom the following item:

“Keawe St. (2 hrs.), Koko Head side, between Auahi and Queen Sts., 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., except Sundays and State holidays.”

i. By amending Schedule XXX of Sec. 15-22.1(a) establishing parking meter zones by amending thereto the following item:

Keawe St., Koko Head side, between Ala Moana Blvd. and Auahi St.; to read:

“Keawe St., Koko Head side, between Ala Moana Blvd. and Queen St.”

j. By amending Schedule XXXIV of Sec. 15-18.3(c) establishing bicycle lanes by adding thereto the following item:

“Kaileolea Dr., both sides, between Keoneula Blvd. and its southern terminus.”

“Managers Dr., both sides, between north end of H-1 Overpass and Puko St.”

k. By amending Schedule XXXVIII of Sec. 15-24.17 establishing miscellaneous traffic controls by adding thereto the following item:

“Kaileolea Dr., north bound traffic in the eastern most lane must turn right at Keoneula Blvd.”
