REQUEST FOR PUBLIC COMMENTS
ON DRAFT DOCUMENT
PLAN FOR EXCEPTIONAL EVENTS MITIGATION FOR HAWAII COUNTY
(Docket No. 18-CA-PA-21)
Pursuant to Title 40, Code of Federal Regulations, Section 51.930 (40 CFR §51.930), the Department of Health, State of Hawaii (DOH), is requesting public comments on the draft document Plan for Exceptional Events Mitigation for Hawaii County.
The draft plan will be available for public review during regular office hours, Monday through Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m., at the following locations:

All comments on the draft plan must be submitted in writing. Comments may be submitted by email to CAB@doh.hawaii.gov or mailed/delivered to the Clean Air Branch at the above address on Oahu. Mail must be postmarked by October 23, 2018 and emails must be received by that date.
Interested persons may obtain copies of the draft plan at a copying cost of five (5) cents per page.
