REQUEST FOR INTEREST FOR THE LEASE, OPERATION, AND MANAGEMENT
OF THE WAIALEE OFF-ROAD MOTORCYCLE PARK, WAIALEE, KOOLAULOA,
ISLAND OF OAHU, HAWAII
Submittals must be received no later than Monday, October 15, 2018; 4:00 PM (HST) at the Department of Land and Natural Resources, Land Division 1151 Punchbowl Street, Room 220, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. Submittals shall NOT be submitted by facsimile transmission.
Submittals must be sealed with “Waialee Off-Road Motorcycle Park RFI” clearly indicated on the packaging. The Request for Interest, and supplemental documents may be accessed through the following link: http://dlnr.hawaii.gov/ld/public-notice-request for interest-motorcycle-park
This Request for Interest may also be reviewed during office hours at the Department of Land and Natural Resources, Land Division located at 1151 Punchbowl Street, Room 220 Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. Call (808) 587-0433, or write to the above address to request information in an alternate format.
A site inspection is scheduled for Friday, September 28, 2018 at 10:00 AM (HST). All persons desiring to participate in the site inspection must sign up by emailing dlnr.land@hawaii.gov with the subject line “Waialee Off-Road Motorcycle Park-Site Inspection” before September 25, 2018. Participants must be at least 18 years old, present photographic identification, and submit a signed waiver prior to entering the site. No minors may enter the site.
