Certificate of Need

The Agency has received the following certificate of need applications for administrative review: #18-07A from Liliha Kupuna SNF, LLC for the addition of 44 SNF/ICF beds at 2226 Liliha Street, Honolulu, HI, at a capital cost of $7,500,000 and #18-09A from Straub Medical Center for the establishment of an outpatient clinic at 91-5431 Kapolei Parkway, Space M-106, Kapolei, HI, at a capital cost of $6,330,000. Pursuant to Section 323D-44.5, Hawaii Revised Statutes, any interested person may request a public meeting on an application before the Agency renders its decision. Any request for a public meeting must be submitted in writing and directed to the Administrator, at the address provided below. Any such request must be received by the Agency within seven (7) days of the publication date of this notice by 4:30 p.m. HST.
