Notice is given that the following vessels:
Item No. 1727, "KIFARU”, Reg. No. HA 6905 B, a
29′ sailing vessel; Item No. 1805, "DA KINE", Reg.
No. HA 1347 D, a 25′ sailing vessel; Item No. 1806,
"DOUBLE DOSE", Reg. No. HA 5250 C, a 24′ sailing
vessel; Item No. 1807, "KAMALANI", Reg. No.
HA 7860 E, a 27′ sailing vessel; Item No. 1808,
"EXHALE", Reg. No. HA 6020 E, a 24′ sailing vessel;
Item No. 1809, "MADELYNN", Reg. No. HA 5889 C,
a 24′ sailing vessel; Item No. 1811, No Name, Reg.
No. HA 2613 D, a 33′ sailing vessel; Item No. 1812,
"HOKULEA", Reg. No. HA 9121B,a 20′ sailing
vessel; Item No. 1813, No Name, Reg. No. HA 6998
B, a 22′ sailing vessel; Item No. 1815, No Name, Reg.
No. HA 7460 H, a 34′ sailing vessel; Item No. 1816,
"4-ZERO", Reg. No. HA 9169 E, a 35′ sailing vessel;
Item No. 1817, "KAISHA B", Reg. No. HA 3643 H, a
50′ powerboat; Item No. 1818, No Name, Reg. No.
HA 5540 C, a 16′ fiberglass catamaran; Item No.
1819, No Name, Reg. No. HA 1355 F, a 16′ fiberglass
catamaran; Item No. 1820, No Name, No registration
numbers, a 12′ fiberglass catamaran; Item No. 1821,
No Name, No registration numbers, a 12′ sailing
vessel; Item No. 1822, "MERANCLIA", Reg. No. HA
9123 B, a 32′ grounded trimaran.
Items No. 1727, 1805, 1806, 1807, 1808, 1809,
1811, 1812, 1813, 1815, 1816, 1817, 1818, 1819,
1820, 1821 and 1822; have been impounded by the
Department of Land and Natural Resources, Division
of Boating and Ocean Recreation, 4 Sand Island
Access Road, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96819.
Vessel Item No. 1727, 1805, 1806, 1807, 1808,
1809, 1811, 1812, 1813, 1815, 1816, 1817, 1818,
1819, 1820, 1821 and 1822; shall be disposed of as
junk pursuant to Section 200-16 and 200-41, Hawaii
Revised Statutes (HRS). The person(s) entitled to
possession may repossess and remove same prior to
September 13, 2018 upon payment of all harbor use
fees and impound related expenses incurred in
connection with these vessels.
An owner of personal property on or within
these impounded vessels may claim their personal
property by making a written request to the
Administrator of the Division of Boating & Ocean
Recreation that includes satisfactory proof of
ownership. Any personal property valued at less than
$1,000.00 on or within these impounded vessels not
claimed by September 13, 2018 shall be disposed of as junk. These vessels are under the custody of the
Department of Land and Natural Resources.
Trespassing is prohibited.
