NOTICE OF PUBLIC INFORMATIONAL BRIEFING
CONVEYANCE OF HHFDC LAND TO THE CITY AND COUNTY OF HONOLULU
NA LEI HULU KUPUNA SENIOR APARTMENTS
The Hawaii Housing Finance & Development Corporation (HHFDC) will hold an informational briefing, as required by Section 171-64.7, Hawaii Revised Statutes, at the time and place listed below to discuss HHFDC’s intent to convey its leased fee interest under the Na Lei Hulu Kupuna Senior Apartments affordable senior rental housing project (Project) at 610 Cooke Street in Kakaako, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96813, Tax Map Key No. (1) 2-1-051: 004 (HHFDC Land), to the City and County of Honolulu (City).

The subject HHFDC Land is one of two parcels of land under the leasehold Project. The other parcel, Tax Map Key No. (1) 2-1-051: 038, is owned by the City (City Land). The HHFDC Land is approximately 6,937 square feet, and the City Land is 9,900 square feet.
The contemplated conveyance of the HHFDC Land to the City will be subject to the existing Sub-Lease to Na Lei Hulu Kupuna Senior Rentals, LP, and will not affect existing rental operations.
The public is welcome to attend.
