Public Meeting Notice for National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Evaluation of Hawaii Coastal Management Program

Pursuant to the federal Coastal Zone Management Act of 1972, as amended, a public meeting will be held by NOAA as part of the federal performance evaluation of the Hawaii Coastal Management Program. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 29, 2018 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at the Hawaii State Capitol, Auditorium, 415 South Beretania Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. The purpose of the meeting is to receive public comments regarding the operation and implementation of the federally approved Hawaii Coastal Management Program. Written comments are encouraged, and participation at the public meeting is not required for submission. Written comments should be sent to Ralph Cantral, Senior Advisor, NOAA Office for Coastal Management, 2234 South Hobson Avenue, Charleston, South Carolina 29405-2413, or via e-mail to Ralph.Cantral@noaa.gov no later than September 7, 2018.
