The following Ordinances passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on April 25, 2018 and were subsequently approved by the Mayor:
Ordinance 18-14 [Bill 69 (2017), CD2, FD2] – Relating to fire safety.
AYES: Councilmembers Elefante, Fukunaga, Kobayashi, Manahan, Martin, Menor, Ozawa, Pine – 8.
NOES: Councilmember Anderson – 1.
Ordinance 18-15 [Bill 7 (2018)] – Relating to the Traffic Code and public safety.
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson, Elefante, Fukunaga, Kobayashi, Manahan, Martin, Menor, Ozawa, Pine – 9.
Ordinance 18-16 [Bill 109 (2017), CD1] – To amend Chapter 10, Article 4, Revised Ordinances of Honolulu, 1990, as amended relating to fees for use of municipal golf courses.
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson, Elefante, Fukunaga, Kobayashi, Manahan, Martin, Menor, Ozawa, Pine – 9.
The following Ordinance passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on April 25, 2018 and was returned May 11, 2018, without signature by the Mayor; therefore, pursuant to the City Charter became a duly enacted ordinance:
Ordinance 18-17 [Bill 1 (2018)] – Relating to real property tax relief for properties used for low-income rental housing.
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson, Elefante, Fukunaga, Kobayashi, Manahan, Martin, Menor, Ozawa, Pine – 9.
