SUMMONS

TO: Respondent ROSE DRADI

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the State of Hawaii Office of Consumer Protection ("OCP") has been granted leave to intervene and name you as a Respondent in Civil No. 15-1-0371-03, in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, wherein OCP has alleged that your representation of homeowners Tala Raymond Fonoti and Willadean Lehuanani Grace, and your representation of other distressed property owners like them, violates Hawaii Revised Statutes ("HRS") Chapter 480E, and constitutes unfair or deceptive acts or practices in violation of
HRS § 480-2(a).

YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before the Honorable Jeffrey P. Crabtree, in his courtroom on the Fifth Floor of the Kauikeaouli Hale, 1111 Alakea Street, Honolulu, Hawaii at 9:00 o’clock a.m., on June 6, 2018. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded by OCP, without further notice and without further hearing, which relief may include declaratory relief voiding your contracts with consumers, restitution to the consumers in the amounts shown to be paid to you, mandatory fines and penalties payable to OCP in the amount of $100,000, permanent injunctive relief that permanently enjoins you from representing distressed property owners in the future, disgorgement of all ill-gotten gains shown to have been received by you, and such additional relief as may the Court may determine to be appropriate.

In advance of the hearing, you may contact OCP in writing and provide OCP with your contact information. You can also request that OCP provide you its court filings which pertain to you.
