2) 1984 32′ HATTERAS FLYBRIDGE BOAT – Upset Price: $22,000
Arrangement to inspect the vessels may be made by contacting Bob Perkins at University of Hawaii-METC, #10 Sand Island Access Road, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96819, Telephone 808-844-2389 between 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding State holidays.
Sale of the vessels shall be as is, where is, with all faults and defects. The University shall not be liable for any defects either known or unknown, latent or patent, or for any incidental, consequential or other damages with respect to or in connection with said sale or any use thereof, and the successful bidder waives, releases and expressly disclaims all warranties, agreements, guarantees, conditions, duties, obligations, expressed or implied, arising by law or otherwise (including without limitation any warranty of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose or use) with respect to the sale. The successful bidder will be responsible for all expenses relating to the packing, pickup, delivery and licensing of the boat.
Bid forms for each vessel will be available from and received in the University of Hawaii-Capital Asset Accounting Office, 1408 Lower Campus Road, Room 46, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96822, and must be submitted no later than 2:30 p.m. April 9, 2018, and at that time will be publicly opened. Bid on vessels separately. Bid will be awarded to the highest bidder for each vessel. Bids received after the time and date fixed for opening will not be considered.
