On February 15, 2018, the City and County of Honolulu
(“Honolulu”), All Island Automotive Towing (“All Island
Towing”), and the United States entered into a Settlement

disposed of post auction; or
(2) you were an active-duty servicemember in
Honolulu prior to February 1, 2008 and you have
sufficient documentation to show that your vehicle
was auctioned, sold, or otherwise disposed of post
auction.
