COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) PROGRAM
Pursuant to the City and County of Honolulu’s (City) Citizen Participation Plan, the proposed reprogramming of CDBG funds is provided for your information. The City desires to reprogram CDBG funds from prior and current year projects and appropriate these funds to an acquisition project that can utilize the funds immediately, in order to achieve CDBG program goals more efficiently and expediently. The proposed revisions to the following Fiscal Year projects are provided for your information and use.

Project Description: Legal services to individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
