IMPOUNDED VESSELS

Notice is given that the following vessels: Item No. 1444, "TRU BLU LU", Reg. No. HA 8944 G, a 28′ fiberglass sailing vessel; Item No. 1712, "CECELINE", Reg. No. HA 5097 C, a 47′ wood sailing vessel; Item No. 1719, No Name, No registration, a 15′ rusted trailer; Item No. 1720, "BILLFISHER II", Doc. No. 562092, a sunken 46′ fiberglass powerboat; Item No. 1721, "GALATEA", Reg. No. HA 1787 E, a 42′ fiberglass sailing vessel; Item No. 1722, No Name, No registration, a 15′ rusted trailer; Item No. 1723, No Name, Reg. No. HA 5201 C, a 24′ fiberglass sailing vessel; Item No. 1724, "HUALALEI", Reg. No. HA 5141 B, a 30′ fiberglass sailing vessel; Item No. 1725, "SURF ISLAND", Reg. No. HA 1486 F, a 29 fiberglass sailing vessel; Item No. 1726, "BLUEBIRD III”, Reg. No. HA 6648 D, a 25′ fiberglass sailing vessel; Item No. 1727, "SAILFISH", Reg. No. HA 5205 B, a 37′ fiberglass sailing vessel; Item No. 1728, No Name, Reg. No. HA 5491 G, a 8′ jet ski; Item No. 1801, No Name, Reg. No. HA 9045 E, a sunken 37′ ferro-cement sailing vessel; Item No. 1802, "ASOMANUIA”, Reg. No. HA 5824 F, a 27′ fiberglass sailing vessel; Item No. 1803, "SIGE DEL SOL", Reg. No. HA 0966 D, a 37′ fiberglass sailing vessel; Item No. 1804, "CECE", Reg. No. HA 8076 C, a 24′ fiberglass sailing vessel.
Items No. 1444, 1712, 1719, 1720, 1721, 1722, 1723 1724, 1725, 1726, 1727′ 1728, 1801, 1802, 1803 and 1804; have been impounded by the Department of Land and Natural Resources, Division of Boating and Ocean Recreation, 4 Sand Island Access Road, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96819.
Vessel Item No. 1444, 1712, 1719, 1720, 1721, 1722, 1723 1724, 1725, 1726, 1727, 1728, 1801, 1802, 1803 and 1804; shall be disposed of as junk pursuant to Section 200-16, Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS).
The person(s) entitled to possession may repossess and remove same prior to March 30, 2018 upon payment of all harbor use fees and impound related expenses incurred in connection with these vessels.
An owner of personal property on or within these impounded vessels may claim their personal property by making a written request to the Administrator of the Division of Boating & Ocean Recreation that includes satisfactory proof of ownership. Any personal property valued at less than $1,000.00 on or within these impounded vessels not claimed by March 30, 2018 shall be disposed of as junk. These vessels are under the custody of the Department of Land and Natural Resources. Trespassing is prohibited.
