COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG)
Pursuant to the City and County of Honolulu’s (City) Citizen Participation Plan, the proposed reprogramming of CDBG funds is provided for your information. The City desires to reprogram CDBG funds from prior and current year projects and appropriate these funds to a capital improvement project selected in a prior year Action Plan and an alternate acquisition project selected in the Twenty-Third (23rd) Year Action Plan. These projects can utilize the funds immediately in order to achieve CDBG program goals more efficiently and expediently. The proposed revisions to the following Fiscal Year projects are provided for your information and use.

Kahuku Village Association – Kahuku Village Conversion
Project Description: Infrastructure improvements undertaken by the Kahuku Village Association.
