The COUNCIL OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF HONOLULU at its meeting held on December 6, 2017, passed the following bills and resolution on Second Reading by the votes indicated:

Resolution 17-288 – Initiating amendments to the Revised Charter of the City and County of Honolulu 1973 (2017 Edition), relating to the Board of the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation.
