RECONSIDERATION COMMITTEE

The Reconsideration Committee of the Agency will hold a public meeting on December 8, 2017 at 10:00 a.m., at the State Office Tower (Leiopapa A Kamehameha Building), 235 South Beretania Street, Room 204, Honolulu, Hawaii. The purpose of this meeting will be to determine whether good cause has been shown, as provided in Hawaii Revised Statutes 323D-47 and Hawaii Administrative Rules 11-186-82, for the convening of a public hearing for reconsideration of the Agency’s decision on Certificate of Need Application 17-02 from Malama Ola Health Services LLC for the establishment of a Medicare certified hospice agency at 500 Ala Moana Blvd., Suite 7-400, Honolulu, HI, at a capital cost of $169,383.
