TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES
IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF HONOLULU 1990 (ROH), AS AMENDED, THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION SERVICES, CITY AND COUNTY OF HONOLULU, HEREBY ESTABLISHES TRAFFIC SCHEDULE NO. 2017-11 TO AMEND SCHEDULE III OF SECTION 15-6.3 ESTABLISHING RIGHT/LEFT TURNS ON RED; SCHEDULE IV OF SECTION 15-7.2(a)(2) ESTABLISHING SPEED LIMIT–15 MPH; SCHEDULE V OF SECTION 15-7.2(b)(3) ESTABLISHING SPEED LIMIT–25 MPH; SCHEDULE XIV OF SECTION 15-11.3 ESTABLISHING STOP INTERSECTIONS; SCHEDULE XX OF SECTION 15-13.9(a)(7) ESTABLISHING TOW ZONES–24 HOURS; SCHEDULE XXII OF SECTION 15-14.5(a) ESTABLISHING PROHIBITED PARKING CERTAIN AREAS; SCHEDULE XXIII OF SECTION 15-14.5(b) ESTABLISHING PROHIBITED LOADING/UNLOADING; SCHEDULE XXIV OF SECTION 15-15.1(d) ESTABLISHING CURB LOADING ZONES; SCHEDULE XXV OF SECTION 15-15.3(d) ESTABLISHING OFFICIAL BUS STOPS; SCHEDULE XXVI OF SECTION 15-16.1 ESTABLISHING TIME LIMIT PARKING; SCHEDULE XXX OF SECTION 15-22.1(a) ESTABLISHING PARKING METER ZONES; SCHEDULE XXXIV OF SECTION 15-18.3(c) ESTABLISHING BICYCLE LANES.
Section 1. Chapter 15 of the ROH 1990, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:
a. By amending Schedule III of Sec. 15-6.3 establishing right/left turn on red by adding thereto the following item:
"Citron St. No right turn from Citron St. into Isenberg St. in the makai direction."
b. By amending Schedule IV of Sec. 15-7.2(a)(2) establishing speed limit–15 mph by adding thereto the following item:
"Awanei St. for its entire length."
c. By amending Schedule V of Sec. 15-7.2(b)(3) establishing speed limit–25 mph by adding thereto the following item:
"Kai Lea St., for its entire length."
"Kai Oio St., for its entire length (City-owned portion)."
"Kai Weke St., for its entire length."
"Kaukolu Pl., for its entire length."
"Kikoo St., for its entire length."
" Kuoo St., for its entire length (City-owned portion)."
"Kupueu Pl., for its entire length."
"Melekekai St., for its entire length (City-owned portion)."
d. By amending Schedule XIV of Sec. 15-11.3 establishing stop intersections by adding thereto the following items:
"Kai Kukuma St.-Meleikekai St. Traffic on Kai Kukuma St. shall stop before entering Meleikekai St."
"Kai Lea St.-Kai Kukuma St. Traffic on Kai Lea St. shall stop before entering Kai Kukuma St."
"Kai Lea St.-Kai Weke St. Traffic on Kai Lea St. shall stop before entering Kai Weke St."
"Kai Weke St.-Meleikekai St. Traffic on Kai Weke St. shall stop before entering Meleikekai St."

f. By amending Schedule XXII of Sec. 15-14.5(a) establishing prohibited parking certain areas in the following particulars:
1. By adding thereto the following items:
"Coral St., both sides between Ilalo St. and Ala Moana Blvd."
"Date St., mauka side, distance 135′ Ewa direction from the Ewa curb prolongation of Coolidge St."
"Fifteenth Ave., Ewa side, distance 48′ makai direction from the makai curb prolongation of Pahoa Ave."

3. By deleting therefrom the following items:

h. By amending Schedule XXIV of Sec. 15-15.1(d) establishing curb loading zones in the following particulars:
1. By adding thereto subsection (b) freight loading zone the following item:
"Waiola St., makai side, distance 22′ Koko Head direction from a point 20′ Koko Head of the Koko Head curb prolongation of McCully St., 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday except holidays."
2. By amending thereto subsection (b) freight loading zone the following item:
Hawaii Kai Dr., mauka side, distance 36′ Koko Head direction from a point 174′ Koko Head of the Koko Head curb prolongation of Pepeekeo St.; to read:

"Isenberg St., (2 hrs.) Ewa side, between S. Beretania and S. King Sts., 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday to Friday; 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturdays, except Sundays and State Holidays."

3. By deleting therefrom the following item:

k. By amending Schedule XXX of Sec. 15-22.1(a) establishing parking meter zones in the following particulars:
1. By adding thereto the following item:
"Isenberg St., both sides, between S. Beretania St. and Kapiolani Blvd."
2. By amending thereto the following item:
Pauahi St., mauka side, between Nuuanu Ave. and River St.; to read:
"Pauahi St., mauka side, between Nuuanu Ave. and Maunakea St."
l. By amending Schedule XXXIV of Sec. 15-18.3 establishing Bicycle Lanes by adding thereto the following item:
"Kolowaka Dr., both sides, between Kapolei Prkwy. and Fort Weaver Rd."
Section 2. This schedule is hereby attached to and made a part of Article VI hereof and shall take effect ten (10) working days after its publication.
