The City and County of Honolulu seeks to contract for professional services to oversee, coordinate, and execute vendor recruitment, logistics and coordination for the “2018 Mango Jam Honolulu” event to take place at the Frank F. Fasi Civic Grounds on June 29, 2018 from 4:30 pm – 9:00 pm and June 30, 2018 from 10:00 am – 9:00 pm. The selected organization will partner with the Mayor’s Office of Culture and the Arts (MOCA) to plan and execute the 2018 Mango Jam Honolulu.

Offerors (applicants) are to submit a quotation, not to exceed the maximum amount of $10,000. Offeror’s fee shall include, but not be limited to, labor, materials, equipment, all incidentals required to perform the work, and any applicable State General Excise Tax.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Offeror’s BFS10A and required documentation are to be submitted to the following no later than 4:00 pm HST on Tuesday, October 31, 2018.
