The Agency has received certificate of need application #17-02 for standard review from Malama Ola Health Services LLC for the establishment of a Medicare certified hospice agency at 500 Ala Moana Blvd., Suite 7-400, Honolulu, HI, at a capital cost of $169,383. The Certificate of Need Review Panel review for this application will be held on August 17, 2017 at 10:00 a.m., State Office Tower (Leiopapa) Building, 235 South Beretania Street, Room 204, Honolulu, HI.
