State of Hawaii Hawaii Public Housing Authority NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hawaii Public Housing Authority (HPHA), in accordance with 24 C.F.R. Part 960 and Chapter 17-2028, Hawaii Administrative Rules, will open multiple geographic waiting lists for low-income applicants for the federal public housing program on Oahu. The HPHA has adopted a lottery selection policy. After a geographic waiting list closes, the HPHA will place applicants on the list in a randomized order.
