NOTICE OF DISPOSITION OF IMPOUNDED VESSEL Notice is hereby given for the following vessel: Item No. 21-001, registered with the State of Hawaii as HA 5963 C, a 28′ abandoned sailing vessel. Item No. 21-001 has been impounded by the Department of Land and Natural Resources, Division of Boating and Ocean Recreation, 4 Sand Island Access Road, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96819. Item No. 21-001 shall be disposed of as junk pursuant to Section 200-16, Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS). The person(s) entitled to possession may repossess and remove the vessel prior to July 31, 2020 upon payment of all harbor use fees and impound related expenses incurred in connection with this vessel. An owner of personal property on or within this impounded vessel may claim their personal property by making a written request to the Administrator of the Division of Boating & Ocean Recreation that includes satisfactory proof of ownership. Any personal property valued at less than $1,000.00 on or within this impounded vessel not claimed by July 31, 2020 shall be disposed of as junk.
