The following Ordinance passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on January 29, 2020 and was subsequently approved by the Mayor:

Ordinance 20-1 [Bill 59 (2019), CD2, FD2] – Relating to animals.
AYES: Anderson, Elefante, Fukunaga, Kobayashi, Manahan, Pine*, Tsuneyoshi, Waters* – 8.
ABSENT: Menor – 1.

The following Ordinance passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on January 29, 2020 and was returned February 13, 2020, without signature by the Mayor; therefore, pursuant to the City Charter became a duly enacted ordinance:

Ordinance 20-2 [Bill 51 (2019), FD1, CD2] – Relating to tourism.
AYES: Anderson, Elefante, Fukunaga, Kobayashi, Manahan, Menor, Pine, Tsuneyoshi, Waters – 9.
