PUBLIC NOTICE
INTENTION TO DISPOSE

Pursuant to Chapters 171-16(d) and 171-53, Hawaii Revised Statutes, the Board of Land and Natural Resources hereby gives notice of its intent to dispose of reclaimed lands located at Kuliouou, Honolulu, Oahu, directly to the abutting private land owner without recourse to public auction. The disposition will be in the form of a 55-year, non-exclusive easement to Robert Wakefield Ward and Robin Elaine Ward for seawall and landscaping purposes.
