NOTICE OF REPEAL OF ADMINISTRATIVE RULE

Pursuant to §91-3(g), Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS), notice is hereby given that the Department of Land and Natural Resources (DLNR), State of Hawaii, intends to repeal the following from Title 13, Chapter 1, Subchapter 2, Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR): Section 18 (HAR §13-1-18) titled, "Counsel for the Board in Contested Cases".

The full text of the section intended to be repealed may be viewed online at the DLNR Land Division website https://dlnr.hawaii.gov/ld/files/2021/04/HAR_13-1-18.v2.pdf, or in person from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, excluding State holidays, by calling one of the numbers below and arranging for a socially-distanced inspection of the text of the section to be repealed at the appropriate district office:
