NOTICE TO MOTORISTS

The City and County of Honolulu will be converting the intersection of Kapalama Avenue and Hala Drive into an “All-Way Stop”. Motorists are reminded to obey all existing and newly installed traffic control devices. The new devices are scheduled to be installed by September 5, 2025.
