The following Ordinance passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on November 14, 2018 and was returned November 28, 2018, without signature by the Mayor; therefore, pursuant to the City Charter became a duly enacted ordinance:
Ordinance 18-41 [Bill 64 (2018), CD1] – Relating to building permits.
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson*, Elefante, Fukunaga, Kobayashi, Manahan*, Martin, Menor, Ozawa, Pine – 9.
The following Ordinances passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on November 14, 2018 and were subsequently approved by the Mayor:
Ordinance 18-42 [Bill 30 (2018), CD2] – Relating to the acquisition of real property for City facilities and purposes.
