SERVICES CONTRACT
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS NO. RFP-HRT-1128603

The Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART) is seeking services to provide on-call hazardous materials waste management and disposal services for the Honolulu Rail Transit Project (HRTP) in the areas of management, identification, clean-up, collection, storage handling, recycling, reuse, treatment, packaging, documentation, transportation, transfer, and disposal of regulated, non-hazardous, and hazardous waste. Under this contract, the Contractor will provide services related to the public, contractors, HART, the City and County of Honolulu, and other stakeholders.

Sealed submittals in response to this Request for Proposals are due no later than 2:00pm HST, October 3, 2017 at the HART Project Office, 1099 Alakea Street, Suite 1700, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
