The following Ordinances passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on December 11, 2024 and were subsequently approved by the Mayor:

Ordinance 25-1 [Bill 59 (2023), CD2, FD1] – Relating to incentives for film studio facilities.
AYES: Kia’aina, Okimoto, Say, Tulba, Waters, Weyer – 6.
ABSENT: Cordero. Dos Santos-Tam, Tupola – 3.

Ordinance 25-4 [Bill 55 (2024), CD2] – Relating to the adoption of the 2021 State Fire Code.
AYES: Cordero, Dos Santos-Tam, Kia’aina, Okimoto, Say, Tulba, Tupola, Waters, Weyer – 9.
