YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Defendants State of Hawai’i, Department of Human Services, and Kerry Perez, in her Official Capacity have filed a Cross-Claim against you for relief in Civil No. 3CCV-19-0000022 in the Circuit Court of the Third Circuit, State of Hawai’i, arising out of injuries and/or damages that Plaintiff Tera Graves allegedly sustained.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Kimberly B. M. Tsuchiya, 74-5451 Kamakaeha Ave., Kailua-Kona, HI 96740 on October 7, 2024, at 8:30 o’clock a.m., or to file an answer or other pleading in response to the Cross-claim and serve it before said date upon Amanda.
