Section 1. Chapter 15 of the ROH 1990, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:

a. By amending Schedule V of Sec. 15-7.2(b)(3) establishing speed limit–25 mph by adding thereto the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Ahoka St., for its entire length.”

“Aliipoe Dr., for its entire length”

“Keni St., for its entire length.”

“Hoohai St., for its entire length.”

“Manu Oo St., from Manu Aloha St. to its northwestern terminus.”

2. By amending thereto the following item:

Paapaana St., for its entire length (City-owned portion); to read:

“Paapaana St., for its entire length.”

b. By amending Schedule VI of Sec. 15-7.2(c) establishing speed limit –30mph by adding thereto the following item:

“Waimano Home Rd., between Hoomalu St. and Komo Mai Dr.”

c. By amending Schedule VII of Sec. 15-7.2(d) establishing speed limit–35 mph by deleting therefrom the following item:

“Waimano Home Rd., between Hoomalu St. and Komo Mai Dr.”

d. By amending Schedule XI of Sec. 15-8.3(b) establishing no turns by adding thereto the following items:

“Keoneula Blvd., no “U” turn from Keoneula Blvd. at Kaiwawalo St. in both directions.”

“Keoneula Blvd., no “U” turn from Keoneula Blvd. at Kamakana St. in both directions.”

e. By amending Schedule XIV of Sec. 15-11.3 establishing stop intersections by adding thereto the following items:

k. By amending Schedule XXXIV of Sec. 15-8.3(c) establishing bicycle lanes by adding thereto the following particulars:

2. By amending thereto the following item:

Mokuola St., both sides, between Puko and Nalii Sts.; to read:

l. By amending Schedule XXXVIII of Sec. 15-24.17 establishing miscellaneous traffic controls by adding thereto the following items:

“Kalama St., 4 anti-speed humps from the eastern curb prolongation of Oneawa St. along the centerline in the eastern direction.”
