COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG),
HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS (HOME),
EMERGENCY SOLUTIONS GRANTS (ESG), HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES FOR
PERSONS WITH AIDS (HOPWA), AND
HOUSING TRUST FUND (HTF) PROGRAMS CONSULTATION MEETINGS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that consultation meetings will be held by the City and County of Honolulu (City) for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG), Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA), and Housing Trust Fund (HTF) programs. The meetings will provide interested persons with the opportunity to participate in the prioritization of the housing and community needs for the City’s Consolidated Plan (ConPlan) for program years 2021-2025. The ConPlan is a collaborative process whereby a community establishes a unified vision for community development actions. The City’s ConPlan will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) establishing the priority areas and types of projects that may be funded through the CDBG, HOME, ESG, HOPWA, and HTF in program years 2021-2025. The services of interpreters for non-English speaking persons or signers for the hearing-impaired will be made available upon request.
