NOTICE TO BUSINESSES THAT STORE, USE, OR MANUFACTURE ANY HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES
The Honolulu Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) reminds Oahu businesses and facilities that Hawaii Revised Statutes, (HRS), Hawaii Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know Act (HEPCRA), Section 128E-6(2), mandates that the owner or operator of a facility in the State that stores, uses, or manufactures any hazardous substances may be required to submit a completed Tier II Chemical Inventory Report Form and a filing fee payment by March 1 of each year to the Department of Health.
