AGENDA LEEWARD PLANNING COMMISSION COUNTY OF HAWAII NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the following matters to be considered by the Leeward Planning Commission of the County of Hawaii in accordance with the provisions of Chapters 91 and 92, Hawaii Revised Statutes, Section 6-7.5(a) of the Charter of the County of Hawaii; and Planning Commission Rules of Practice and Procedure. NOTE: Pursuant to Act 220, Session Laws of Hawaii 2021, which amended the Sunshine Law to allow meetings to be remotely conducted online, effective January 1, 2022, Leeward Planning Commission meetings will be held online, and the location listed below is open to the public to provide testimony. The Leeward Planning Commission meeting can be viewed live online or at location listed below. Minutes of the Leeward Planning Commission meeting will be transcribed and posted on the Planning Department’s website.
