Project Name: Ho’aeae Wells Renovation
Island: Oahu Moku: Ewa Ahupua’a: Ho’aeae
Project Description: The Honolulu Board of Water Supply (BWS) is proposing to perform renovation work at the Ho’aeae Wells pump station located at 94-431 Ho’aeae Street, Island of Oahu. The project will include replacing pumping equipment and associated piping, electrical equipment, and performing other building and site renovations. The work is needed to address aging equipment and facilities, to meet current BWS standards, and to improve water service reliability. The work will involve the use of heavy construction equipment during reconstruction of the facility’s driveways and delivery and placement of new mechanical and electrical equipment. All of the work would be within the existing Ho’aeae Wells pump station property (TMK 9-4-034:074).
Proposed Project Area: Approximately 1.43 Acres
Potential Historic Resources: At this time, there are no known historic items within the project limits that will be affected by the construction of this project.
